| BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 571 - AN ACT
INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE GENERAL SANTOS EMERGENCY HOSPITAL
FROM SEVENTY-FIVE TO ONE HUNDRED BEDS |
| Section 1. The
bed capacity of the General Santos Emergency Hospital in the City of
General Santos shall be increased to one hundred beds. Sec. 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the Annual General Appropriations Act. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
