AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLAVERIA, ISLAND OF BURIAS, PROVINCE OF MASBATE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BURIAS AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There shall be established an agricultural high school in the Municipality of Claveria, Island of Burias, Province of Masbate, to be known as Burias Agricultural High School.chanrobles virtualaw library
Sec. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.chanrobles virtualaw library
Sec. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.chanrobles virtualaw library
Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
