DECLARING NOVEMBER TWENTY-SEVEN EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL NON-WORKING
PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF TARLAC, TO BE KNOWN AS NINOY AQUINO

| Section
1. In the commemoration of the birth anniversary of
the late Benigno "Ninoy S. Aquino, Jr., who was born and raised in the
Province of Tarlac, November twenty-seven of every year is hereby
declared a social nonworking public holiday in the Province of
Tarlac, to be known as Ninoy Aquino Day. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: Lapsed into law on Sept. 04, 1995, without the signature of the President, in accordance with the Article VI, Sec. 27 (1) of the Constitution. |
