| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7952 - AN ACT
ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ESTANCIA,
PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ESTANCIA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL,
AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE |
| Section
1. There shall be established a national high school
in the Municipality of Estancia, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the
Estancia National High School. Sec. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act. Sec. 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: March 24, 1995 |
