ACT CREATING THE POSITIONS OF TWO ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCALS FOR THE
PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR BY FURTHER AMENDING SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED
AND SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES

Section
1.
Section sixteen hundred and seventy-four of the Revised Administrative
Code, as amended, is further amended by inserting after the
subparagraph relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in
the Province of Agusan the following new subparagraph to read as
follows: "Agusan del Sur, two assistant provincial fiscals;" Sec. 2. The provincial fiscal and his assistants shall be entitled to receive a lump sum monthly gasoline allowance regardless of whether the cars they are using are registered in their own names, as well as representation and such other form of allowances from the local government funds in such amount that the Provincial Board or Council may fix even if there is a provincial or municipal attorney. Sec. 3. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of ninety thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the share of the National Government for the positions provided for in this Act for the current fiscal year. Thereafter, appropriations for the succeeding fiscal years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
