REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3970 - AN ACT
INCREASING THE SALARY OF THE CHIEF OF THE SECRET SERVICE OF THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF CAGAYAN DE ORO, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE Sec.
TWENTY-SEVEN OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE,
OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE "CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CAGAYAN DE ORO"

Section 1. Section
twenty-seven of Republic Act Numbered Five hundred twenty-one,
otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Cagayan de Oro is hereby
amended to read as follows: "Sec. 27. Chief of the Secret Service. � There shall be a chief of the Secret Service who shall, under the Chief of Police, have charge of the detective work of the department and of the detective force of the city, and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by the chief of police or prescribed by law or ordinance. "The chief of secret service shall receive a salary of not less than three thousand pesos per annum." Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 18, 1964 |
