REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2270 - AN ACT TO
AMEND SECTION TEN OF RULE ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN OF THE RULES OF COURT |
Section
1. Section ten of Rule One hundred twenty-seven of
the Rules of Court is amended to read as follows: "Section 10.
Questions and answers; examination papers. � The questions shall be the
same for all applicants and if prepared in writing, a copy in English
or Spanish shall be given to each applicant. the applicants shall
answer the questions in writing without reference to books or notes:
Provided, however, That upon verified application made by an applicant
stating that his penmanship is so poor that it will be difficult to
read his answers without much loss of time, the Supreme Court may allow
such applicant to use a typewriter in answering the questions:
Provided, further, That the Supreme Court shall take such precautions
as are necessary to prevent the substitution of papers or commission of
other frauds: And provided, finally, That only noiseless typewriters
shall be allowed to be used. Their names shall not be placed on the
examination papers. No oral examination shall be given."
Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.cralaw Approved: June 19, 1959. |
